ASSESSMENTS; VOICE & DATA

  • Conduct a telecommunications assessment of voice systems (e.g., PBX Analysis, Voice Systems Assessment) and networks (e.g., VoIP Assessment) being utilized
  • Conduct a technology assessment / IT assessment for all communications related systems, networks and services being utilized, both locally and throughout the enterprise
  • Identify all systems and network vendors, key contacts, addresses and phone numbers
  • Complete an in-depth Needs Analysis as to the current requirements and determine where gaps exist with voice/data telecommunications infrastructure
  • Identify the strategic business initiatives of the organization and match existing investments and technical requirements to meet the business objectives
  • Recommend solutions to meet current & future needs in either a phased approach or immediate
  • Identify Risks in regard to Systems, Networks and Vendors / Providers so as to avoid Disasters and/or Adverse Exposures

TELECOMMUNICATINS EXPENSE AUDIT & INVENTORY

  • Conduct a telecommunications audit and telecommunications inventory at all locations to identify all related products and services being utilized including a voice inventory as well as an IT inventory
  • Identify all systems and network vendors, key contacts, addresses and phone numbers.
  • Complete an in-depth inventory of all voice, data and system products, services and expenses including all related billing and/or circuit numbers
  • Conduct 3-way check of all products/services to determine billing validity & accuracy.
  • Conduct an inventory of all network cable including identification of cable pairs

NEEDS ANALYSIS & DISCOVERY

  • Conduct interviews with pertinent staff to identify existing communications problems
  • Conduct a “discovery process” as to possible current & future system or network applications that could improve efficiency and/or reduce costs
  • Research and evaluate current conditions within a company/division to determine current and future needs prior to selecting a “course of action”

LOCAL SERVICE / NETWORK ANALYSIS

  • Optimize local network configurations and expenses to optimize to reduce costs and/or increase communications efficiency
  • Determine local telephone company over-billings and related back-credits
  • Research tariffs to determine possible savings and/or improved services
  • If appropriate, prepare & distribute a Local Service RFP, evaluating responses and project managing implementation
  • Manage & coordinate implementation of all recommended products and services with all appropriate vendors and carriers
  • Telecommunications Expense Management & Provisioning as a monthly service
  • Research and analyze possibilities for alternet access services such as Session Initiated Protocol (SIP), wireless, Broadband and others

LONG DISTANCE ANALYSIS & DESIGN (VOICE & DATA)

  • Analyze all voice and data long distance products (e.g., MPLS) services, calling-patterns and expenses
  • Voice & data network design using more effective products / services to meet current and long-term requirements
  • If appropriate, prepare & distribute a long distance RFP (i.e., voice & data RFP, MPLS RFP, etc.), evaluating responses and project managing implementation
  • Manage & coordinate implementation of all recommended products and services with all appropriate vendors and carriers

WIRELESS / CELLULAR

  • Inventory all Users by Provider, Plan, Device and Expense
  • Assessment of Enterprise Needs & Requirements
  • Analyze all Expenses and Calling-patterns to minimize costs
  • Determine best Plans & Devices, per User Group, for Optimal Savings
  • Develop Wireless Database for On-going Management
  • Develop RFP, Analyze  Bids & Negotiate Contract(s) for Bill Consolidation & Savings
  • Wireless Contract Negotiations
  • Wireless expense management & Provisioning as a monthly service

SYSTEMS CONSULTING SERVICES

  • Research & analyze customer specific requirements for designing new Voice Systems (i.e., VoIP Systems, IPT Systems, Cloud Services, Hosted Services, etc.) and developing related specifications for these systems and all related integrated applications such as Unified Messaging & Unified Communications (platform for voice-mail, auto-attendant, fax-mail & e-mail, mobility, etc.), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Contact Center Applications, Mobility, Call Recording, Audio Conference, Video Conference and Call Accounting.
  • Prepare and distribute Request-For-Proposals (RFP) and evaluate RFP responses in relation to the above customer requirements
  • These include Phone System RFP, Voice System RFP, VoIP RFP & IP Telephony RFP
  • Provide detailed comparison report that includes recommendations for the appropriate systems and applications and present to the client
  • Assist in contract negotiations including initial costs, installation parameters, post-installation costs and on-going service support
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of new systems and related network services (or relocation of existing systems) with all vendors, including periodic project meetings with meeting notes, action items and responsibilities

CALL PROCESSING ANALYSIS

  • Interview key personnel to uncover voice and/or data communications problems or requirements
  • Define communication needs that can be addressed in a cost efficient manner with ancillary systems and/or network design modifications
